Through strategic alliances and scholarship initiatives, we democratise access to horological knowledge for women from underrepresented backgrounds—beginning in Switzerland and Botswana and extending across Southern Africa.

MISSION

Co-founded by Maison Amahle, the Ndlovu Association is a family-led, non-profit association based in Geneva, Switzerland. We operate at the intersection of culture, craftsmanship, and social impact. Building bridges between the Swiss watchmaking industry and emerging talent across the globe, especially in Southern Africa.

More than a scholarship fund — we are a movement of artisans, mentors, and innovators committed to shaping a more inclusive future for fine watchmaking.

WHO WE ARE

* Fund and train 100+ women through tailored educational programs.
* Establish a watchmaking knowledge exchange between Switzerland and Botswana.
* Contribute to shifting industry culture by increasing the number of women in leadership roles within the watch sector.
