We bridge the worlds of visionary Swiss watchmakers, global contemporary artists, and a diverse audience—especially women—empowering the next generation to shape luxury with purpose.

Operation 100:
To empower 100 women in luxury watchmaking by December 31, 2030.


Our mission is to provide education, mentorship, and resources to help women from underrepresented backgrounds gain skills and opportunities within the luxury watchmaking industry, empowering them to contribute to and lead in this craft.
